Slurry pump

A slurry pump is a centrifugal pump designed to convey slurries containing solid particles. Its wet-end components are made from wear-resistant materials, making it suitable for applications in mining, metallurgy, power generation, and other industries. It can handle high-concentration, large-particle, highly abrasive media and features excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and strong adaptability in terms of flow rate and head.

Desulfurization pump

The desulfurization pump is specifically designed for power plant flue-gas desulfurization systems, offering excellent acid and alkali resistance as well as superior corrosion protection. It is compatible with limestone–gypsum and other desulfurization processes, capable of handling highly abrasive, solid-laden slurries. Its wet-end components are made from corrosion- and wear-resistant materials, and the pump features outstanding sealing performance, ensuring reliable operation under the harsh conditions typical of desulfurization systems.

Submersible slurry pump

The submersible slurry pump operates with its pump casing fully immersed in the process medium, eliminating shaft-seal leakage. Its vertical design minimizes floor space, making it ideal for submerged conveying applications such as sedimentation tanks and slurry ponds. The pump features excellent wear resistance and clog-free performance, capable of handling particle-laden slurries without the need for priming. Operation and maintenance are simple and straightforward.

Submersible slurry pump

The submersible slurry pump operates fully submerged, with no suction lift limitation, making it ideal for underwater slurry conveyance in deep wells, river channels, mine pits, and other applications. It features excellent water-tight sealing, outstanding wear and impact resistance, and the ability to handle highly concentrated, abrasive media. Installation is convenient and eliminates the need for a dedicated pump house.

Mud pump_sand pumping pump

Mud pumps are primarily designed for conveying slurry-like media and are suitable for applications such as pile foundation construction, geological drilling, and river dredging. They feature excellent clog resistance and high flow rates, with wear-resistant wet-end components that can handle fine particulate matter in the slurry. Their pressure ratings are tailored to meet the operational demands of drilling and dredging. Sand-suction pumps, on the other hand, are specifically engineered for sand extraction and dredging in rivers, reservoirs, and seaports. They deliver high flow rates, exhibit exceptional wear resistance, and incorporate wide-flow passages, enabling them to convey high-concentration sand–gravel mixtures containing pebbles. With strong suction capability, these pumps are well-suited for use on sand-dredging vessels and shore-based sand-extraction operations, and their robust design ensures excellent impact resistance.

Gravel pump

Sand and gravel pumps are primarily used to convey media containing sand, gravel, pebbles, and other coarse particles. Their wet-end components are made of high-wear-resistant alloys, featuring wide flow passages that resist clogging. These pumps are well-suited for applications such as mine slag removal, river dredging, and the transportation of sand and aggregate. They offer broad compatibility in terms of head and flow rate and boast a long service life due to their excellent wear resistance.

Single-shell pump

The single-casing slurry pump features an integrated pump casing and wet-end design, resulting in a compact structure, lightweight construction, and easy disassembly, assembly, and maintenance. It is suitable for conveying medium- to low-concentration slurries with moderate abrasiveness and is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, and other applications involving mild abrasive conditions.

Rubber-lined slurry pump

The rubber-lined slurry pump features a wear-resistant rubber lining on the wet-end components, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It is ideally suited for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles. The rubber lining is replaceable, resulting in low maintenance costs and superior sealing performance, making it well-suited for the combined abrasive-corrosive service conditions encountered in the chemical and mining industries.

Corrosion-resistant pump

Corrosion-resistant pumps are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and fluoroplastics, making them suitable for applications in the chemical, environmental protection, and metallurgical industries. They can convey corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts, feature excellent sealing performance, and have flow-path components that are highly resistant to chemical corrosion, enabling them to operate effectively under a wide range of severe corrosive conditions.

Slurry pump parts

Slurry pump spare parts are the wear-prone and core auxiliary components of slurry pumps, including impellers, liners, guard plates, shaft sleeves, seals, and more. They are typically made from wear-resistant alloys or rubber and are compatible with various slurry pump models; custom fabrication is available upon request. These components directly affect the pump’s operational efficiency and service life.
