Product Standards

The product is designed, manufactured, and inspected in strict accordance with the JB/T 8096-2013 standard for centrifugal slurry pumps. The hardness and wear resistance of the wet-end components exceed the national standards.

Pre-sales Service

Product introductions, technical exchanges, custom product design, and troubleshooting

In-sales service

1. Adhere to contractual commitments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain constant communication with customers.

2. For special or complex products, our factory arranges for technical personnel to provide training and guidance to users on product operation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance.

After-sales service

1. DAER products are warranted for 12 months from the date of manufacture, with “three guarantees” service (return, replacement, and repair).

2. During product use, our factory regularly dispatches technical and inspection personnel to conduct on-site visits, solicit user feedback on product quality, operational performance, and suggestions for improvement, and thereby further enhance product quality.

3. Upon receiving a customer complaint about product quality, we will respond promptly, and after-sales service personnel will arrive on site within 24–36 hours (with travel time outside the province subject to distance).

4. For after-sales service, users are required to fill out a post-service quality feedback form and provide their appraisal comments, so as to improve DAER’s service quality.

Ordering Process

1. Please send the customer purchase list to darpump@163.com , or call for consultation 0311-83885589 。
2. Upon receipt of the customer’s purchase requisition, we will select the appropriate slurry pump model and provide a quotation (price list) to the customer.
3. Specific arrangements: delivery schedule, special requirements, and other matters.

Ordering Instructions

1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following specifications must be provided in the purchase contract:

● Size requirements

● Use of medium and temperature

● Flow and head range

● Experiments, Inspection Standards, and Other Requirements

2. Our factory can configure various drive units according to customers’ specific requirements.
3. When the customer provides a specific slurry pump type and model, the customer shall accurately specify the meaning and requirements of the model designation, and the contract shall be executed only upon mutual understanding between the supplier and the customer.
